South of Scotland Business Solutions
South of Scotland Business Solutions (SOSBUS) is a three-year partnership project between the seven Further and Higher Education institutions (FE and HE) in the south of Scotland (Heriot-Watt University, Borders College, Dumfries & Galloway College, Scottish Agricultural College, Barony College, University of the West of Scotland, University of Glasgow).
The project provides a joint approach to knowledge exchange activities. These activities can be defined as “how knowledge, ideas and expertise in colleges and universities can be used to stimulate innovation in businesses, enterprises and public services which delivers new ideas, products and services”.
We are funded by the Scottish Funding Council, the European Regional Development Fund through the South of Scotland Global Grants Body and partner contributions.outh of Scotland Business Solutions is a three-year partnership project between the seven Further and Higher Education institutions (FE and HE) in the south of Scotland (Heriot-Watt University, Borders College, Dumfries & Galloway College, Scottish Agricultural College, Barony College, University of the West of Scotland, University of Glasgow).
