Guide to information published by Borders College under the Model Publication Scheme 2013 and Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOI(S)A) and Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 give you the right to see information from the College. We publish much of our useful information on this website and provide details of where you will find information in our Publication Scheme.
We also publish a list of the freedom of information requests we receive and publish the responses to these requests from the last two years. Links to both the Publication Scheme and FOI(S)A requests are available below.

You can ask us for recorded information about anything including information held on paper or electronically. If we hold that information we will supply it as long as it is not subject to one of the exemptions in the Act.
