Course Content

Covers of a wide range of food preparation and cooking methods.  Food and Drink Service is a substantial part of this programme, covering service skills, restaurant work and customer care.

Entry Requirements

Communication at Intermediate 1, Numeracy and Information Technology at Intermediate 1. Subject to interview part of which will be a needs analysis test and submission of satisfactory references.
