Scottish Racing and Borders College are offering a National Progression Award (NPA) in Race Yard Routine to Borders school pupils. You will gain knowledge in race horse care and yard duties. You will also gain experience of working at a busy yard with various types of horses.

Part timeFridays 10am until 2.30pm ISEC and classroom
Location
Entry requirements
NPA Level 4 Horse Care or a proven interest in racing along with a reference from an equine yard. Entry is subject to an interview and passing a riding test.
Progression opportunities
On successful completion of this course you may progress to a full time race horse course.
