This is an 8-week evening course from 6.30pm to 8.00pm, one evening per week

Course Content

We will practice Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Asana (physical postures) and we will end each class with a short meditation and a guided relaxation. The programme will also include practice of Mudras (hand gestures) and each week we will focus on one of the seven Chakras (energy centres)If you are pregnant or suffer from any illness or condition that prevents or restricts you from undertaking physical exercise, you are advised to consult your doctor before participating in this class.
