Quick Guide to Electronic Services
All Borders College staff and students have access to a range of e-resources both on and off campus. This page describes our e-resources to help you find the information you need for y our studies or teaching. Many of our resources can be accessed directly while on Campus. Some of our resources require an Athens username and password. If you need help with your Athens username and password please contact the FE Liaison Librarian.
Voyager – Library Catalogue
Staff and students can search for books, journals and e-resources using the Library Catalogue. The catalogue will help you locate resources at the Campus Library and Newtown Learning Centre. Staff and students can also request items from the much larger Heriot-Watt University Library at Riccarton.

Borders College staff and students have access to nearly 3,000 eBooks. eBooks are online editions of printed books. You can access the eBooks on and off campus. You will require an Athens username and password. If you need help with your Athens username and password please contact the Library.
