Course Synopsis

An inspiring course dedicated to the depiction of plants, fruits and flowers, celebrating their natural beauty, lead by an enthusiastic and experienced botanical artist. 

Gain confidence in your ability to draw and paint your favourite plants and flowers.

Learn about the qualities of many different drawing and painting materials through demonstration and experimentation; pencil, charcoal, water-colour, acrylic, ink, crayon and pastel.

Explore traditional and modern techniques.

Tailor your learning experience to your particular preferences through informal one to one chats with the tutor.

Students should bring -

Sketch book, watercolour paper, drawing pencils.  Watercolour paints if you have them.  Additional materials can be added as the course proceeds.
