Chinese Health is often misunderstood as being exotic or strange and not applicable to our everyday life.

Chinese Health and Well Being

This class aims to show you how to make small changes that will improve your quality of life by looking at things through the body of wisdom from Chinese Health and Well Being. Through practical sessions, the class will explore the effects of Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises and self-massage along with other aspects of Chinese medicine like acupuncture, moxibustion, herbs and shiatsu with discussion about the Chinese approach to diet and lifestyle.
