Former BASE Ruby Student to Captain Scotland Under 20s

Former Borders College BASE Rugby student Robin Hislop will captain the Scotland Under 20’s team to play against England on Friday night at Firhill Park, Glasgow, kick-off at 7.30pm.

Head Coach Peter Wright commented “ We are well aware that Friday’s match will bring challenges but he knows his men can begin their campaign with a flying start against the Auld Enemy”

Robin had to this to say when he was a student at Borders College:  "I really enjoy Base Rugby because I can play and work on my game on a daily basis.  It also helps with nutrition and what you should be eating".

Borders College congratulate Robin in his achievements so far in his rugby career and we wish the team well on Friday.
