All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) – 14 June 2019

This is a basic course designed for the beginner wishing to operate and maintain an ATV safely over a range of ground conditions with an awareness of the legal requirements. Although designed for fun as well as hard work, these machines do have limitations and are a potential hazard if operators are not trained correctly.

Scottish Personal Licence Holders Certificate – 17 June 2019

Our Personal Licence Holders Qualification is suitable for anyone authorising sales of alcohol from licensed premises who is legally required to hold a Personal Licence Holders Qualification.  The course assists in complying with the training requirement.

Intermediate Food Hygiene (REHIS) – commencing 10 September 2019

This course is aimed at staff who undertake a supervisory role in a food preparation business and includes the topics of Bacteriology, Bacterial Food Poisoning, Food Borne Infection, Non-Bacterial Food Poisoning, Food Contamination and its prevention, Personal Hygiene, Food Storage and Temperature Control, Food Preservation, Design, Construction and Maintenance of Food Premises, Cleaning and disinfection, Pest Control and Hazard Analysis and Legislation.
