A group of leading chefs will be running FREE demonstrations throughout the day to showcase the very best of what the Borders has to offer.

Leading the demonstrations will be the wonderful Jacqueline O’Donnell of The Sisters Restaurants, Glasgow. Jacqueline has made many TV appearances including the Great British Menu, and we are delighted that she will be joining us to showcase one of her delicious puddings.
