Who Are We?

We are forever changing to better serve our clients and guests. Our journey has been nothing short of exciting as we continue to grow, develop and diversify our business.

We think differently. People, ingredients and passion are at the heart of everything we do. Every guest matters and ensuring they have an exciting and full on flavour experience each and every day is paramount.
We keep our food simple with seasonal and local produce.

Great ingredients help our chefs to create delicious seasonal menus. With produce from local suppliers, our dishes are always fresh, full of flavour and give our guests an enjoyable experience. Our initiatives bring innovation and variety to our restaurants; from unique coffee brands and pop ups to wellbeing, baking and more.

Restaurant
From classic dishes and innovative street food to theme days, our restaurant will provide a great plate for you. We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients, sourced locally and served by a skilled team helping to make every mouthful taste better.

Deli
Create your own delicious baguette, sandwich or Panini with our deli bar.

Coffee
We love coffee! Coffee has become an integral part of our everyday and working lives. We also live for excellent hospitality, which is why our team creates bespoke offers for your meetings and events.

Retail and Shop
We take on the high street with a bountiful selection of drinks, snacks and lunches to grab and go. Our Shop aims to offer bespoke stationary that suits both campuses needs.

Hospitality
We live for excellent hospitality. Our team will work with you to create bespoke menus for your meetings and events; all with flair, passion for great service and dedication.



The Team…
I would like to introduce myself; I am Michelle Blaikie, Catering Manager for BaxterStorey. Our catering team at Scottish Borders Campus are thrilled to be providing your daily catering and hospitality services. We would be nothing without our people. As the UK’s leading independent hospitality and food service provider, our teams are at the centre of everything we do.

To ensure we are meeting all your requirements please leave as much constructive feedback as you can, comment cards can be found within the restaurant.

Our opening times are:

Monday - Thursday

• Breakfast is served from 08:30 – 11:00
• Lunch is served from 11:45 – 14:00
• Campus Deli is open from 11:00 – 14:00
• Campus Coffee 08:30 – 16:30
• Shop 08:45 – 16:30


Fridays

• Breakfast is served from 08:30 – 11:00
• Lunch is served from 11:45 – 14:00
• Campus Deli is open from 11:00 – 14:00
• Campus Coffee 08:30 – 15:30
