The Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, The Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003, The Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 (ASP)Principles and definitions. Exploring and understanding the concepts of risk, vulnerability and abuse, recognising and assessing risk, communicating concern, maintaining a safe environment.Statutory responsibilities: observing your code of conduct and maintaining good practice.Case studies.
