Delivery

Full-time 36 week course, 3 days a week with a mix of on-campus and online learning. Student will also have the opportunity to attend a wokplace experience.

There are no formal entry requirements but a keen interest and understanding of the hospitality industry would be advantageous

Course Content

Students will complete and NPA in Professional Cookery and an NPA in Customer Service. NPA Cookery includes Food Preparation Techniques, Food Hygiene, Cookery Processes and Craft Baking. NPA Customer Service includes Communication Skills for Customer Service, Social Media for Customer Service and Customer Service: Product and Service Requirements. Developing Essential Skills and use of My world of Work will help students to build up career managements skills
