Intended to increase staff awareness of the nature of HIV infection, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and their effects. The course covers how infection is spread and the measures which can help prevent and control infection, promoting an understanding of discrimination, prejudice and stereotyping and how it might be challenged in this context.
