In a relaxed atmosphere we will:

Find out where mindfulness comes from.

Look at the mindful mindset and how it can impact on our lives through:

  • Communication
  • Lifestyle
  • Mental health and general wellbeing
  • And we will have the opportunity to try it out in practice.
