This is a short course for all adults that gives participants the opportunity to explore Mindfulness, what it is, and how we can benefit from it, through information, relaxation and practice.

Course Content
In a relaxed atmosphere we will:
Find out where mindfulness comes from.
Look at the mindful mindset and how it can impact on our lives through:
- Communication
- Lifestyle
- Mental health and general wellbeing
- And we will have the opportunity to try it out in practice.
