Borders College today announced that it is a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Organisation

Using validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work®’s rigorous, data-driven For All methodology. 75% of Borders College staff confirmed that they have a consistently positive work experience, which is 10% higher than the threshold to be awarded the Great Place to Work certificate.
