Our Water byelaws course is a prerequisite for the Heat Pump Installer course. Both courses are offered together within the same duration, resulting in gaining both qualifications at once.

Entry requirements
Candidates should hold a formal qualification at SVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing or heating engineering or are currently undertaking a course in plumbing or heating engineering which will lead to a formal qualification at SVQ Level 2 or 3.

Course Content
The objectives of this training course are to enable individuals to:
Become Familiar with the course contents of the regulations and byelaws across four nations of the UK general.
Understanding of what the regulations and byelaws mean and recognise the role of the regulations and byelaws in preventing:
- Waste
- Misuse
- Undue Consumption
- Contamination
- Erroneous measurement of water
Have and understanding of the documents used to enchnace and explain the meaning of the regaulations and byelaws.
