Are you qualified, enthusiastic and experienced in your chosen field?
Borders College is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tutor/Assessor to join our team, delivering and supporting SVQs in Social Services and Health Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to further education and is looking to contribute to a progressive and innovative organisation.
Applicants should hold a qualification in Health and Social Care at SCQF Level 7 or equivalent, such as an SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, a degree in Social Work or a related discipline, or a nursing qualification with relevant experience in the social care sector. An Assessor Award is desirable, although not essential as training may be provided. Experience of assessing up to SCQF Level 10 would also be advantageous.
We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for further education who is motivated to support learners in achieving their goals and eager to embrace new challenges within a dynamic learning environment.
