  • Full Time, Term time only – 35 Hours per week
  • Fixed Term Contract initially until March 2025

We are seeking to appoint a School Coordinator to be based in Hawick, and Selkirk High Schools to support the DYW Borders Programme Officer and the DYW Borders Programme Manager, to develop and implement a programme of employer engagement aimed at enhancing the curriculum, as well as the wider Scottish Government Policy objectives, including the Young Person Guarantee, contributing towards the priorities of the DYW Industry Group and driving forward the DYW agenda in the Borders.

Developing the Young Workforce is hosted by Borders College.  The Scottish Government has set out their budget for DYW until March 2025, with the potential for further funding beyond this on a yearly basis.
