Lunch Service

The Restaurant is open for lunch on Wednesdays from the 23rd of October from 12:00 to 14:00. 

Dinner Service

Dinner service is available on Thursday evenings starting 24th October, from 17:45 to 20:00.

The Restaurant at Scottish Borders Campus

All food on our menu is freshly prepared daily. Our aim, as far as practically possible, is to use only Scottish produce.
 
The student teams are led by a Head Waiter and Head Chef, who are usually 2nd year students. They act in a supervisory role under the auspices of the lecturer. The head waiter and head chef are responsible for planning the menu, ordering and preparing the food, directing their fellow students, and cooking and serving the food for your lunch on the day. The Head Waiter and Head Chef are being assessed on their managing skills and abilities, and we value any comments you wish to make.
 
Our aim throughout the year is to participate in extra events. These events may include Christmas and the popular Borders Banquet. These events will be advertised nearer the time. Please note that we are only open during term time.
 
We look forward to welcoming both new and returning customers to The Restaurant at Scottish Borders Campus. Due to the increasing popularity of the restaurant, it is advisable to book in advance to avoid any disappointment.
