Qualifications
A Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) certificate will be awarded on successful completion.
Delivery
This course consistes of 3 full day sessions, Tuesday's weekly 9.00am to 5.00pm. The exam will be held on the next consecutive Tuesday. The duartion of the exam is 2.5 hours. Further information can be given upon enquiry.

Candidates are required to hold a valid Elementary Food Hygiene certificate to be eligible to undertake this course.
