Our Excel Level 1 and 2 courses are designed for anyone looking to build strong, practical skills in Microsoft Excel from the ground up.

In Level 1, you will start with the essentials learning how to navigate the interface, create and format worksheets, use basic formulas, and organise data effectively. This foundation will give you the confidence to work efficiently and present information clearly.

Level 2 takes your skills to the next stage, introducing advanced techniques such as complex formulas, managing large datasets, applying conditional formatting, and creating dynamic charts that make your data visually compelling. By the end of the course, you will not only know how to use Excel confidently but also how to leverage its features to save time, improve accuracy, and make smarter decisions. This course will be delivered over 12 hours in an in-person classroom setting over 4 weeks, structured into 3-hour sessions each week. Other delivery models are available for groups and organisations upon request.

Excel Levels 1 & 2 are suitable for:

Excel Essentials Levels 1 & 2 is a combined, progressive course designed to build learners' confidence and competence in Microsoft Excel. Starting with the fundamentals of spreadsheet use, the course develops core skills before progressing to more advanced functions, data analysis and professional presentation techniques.
