Delivery

Entry requirements

Candidates should be in a management or supervisory role with responsibility for people, resources, or operational activities. There are no formal academic entry requirements; however, learners must have access to appropriate workplace opportunities to meet the assessment criteria.
This course is particularly suitable for:

  • First-line and middle managers.
  • Team leaders and supervisors.
  • Employees progressing into management roles.
  • Modern Apprentices undertaking a Management framework.
